Color

We have made every effort to display our product colors accurately on our website. However, please keep in mind the final product may vary slightly due to color variations between monitors.

Payment Policy

Lucy Celebrates gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Lucy Celebrates Gift Cards, Amazon, and Paypal. Sales taxes are applied based on the ship to location. We are only required to collect sales tax on physical orders to ship within the state of California. A current sales tax rate does apply.

Shipping Policy

Lucy Celebrates carefully prepares and packages each order from our studio in Newport Beach, California. Products ship within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted within the product description.

All shipping costs are based on weight and destination. Once items leave our shop and have been accepted by the carrier for delivery, Lucy Celebrates is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or undelivered items. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND PayPal, if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:

Check with neighbors to see if the package was left there. Reach out to your local post office or UPS / FedEx facility.

Please note, once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. All lost / stolen package claims must be handled with them directly at the links below:

International Orders

International orders require extended shipping time which vary greatly based on your shipping address. Please note import taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Lucy Celebrates is not responsible for any additional costs incurred on international shipments. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Refund Policy

Stock Items:

All orders are non-refundable. We happily send a replacement if something arrives damaged but must be made aware of these damages within 7 days of receiving your order. If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged item and would like a replacement, please contact us with your name and order number. We will generate a return shipping label (for US shipments) for you to ship the item back to us, at no additional cost to you. We ask that you save all packaging materials for a quick, safe return. We are happy to send you the correct product, provided the replacement product is in stock. Should your replacement product be out of stock, we will send out your replacement item as soon as we have more.

Personalized Items:

Personalized products are custom designed and printed as soon as you proof your order, therefore all sales are final. Should an error be made by Lucy Celebrates or one of our vendors after your proof has been approved, the items will be re-printed and shipped at no cost to you. If an error has been made by the customer, we will, as a courtesy, reprint the items at a 30% discount off the current sale price.

Content Usage

You may view images from this site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. When using images from our site or social media pages, we ask that you please credit Lucy Celebrates with a link back to our site. If you are an online shop and would like to use our images for your own sales and promotions, please first ask for permission.

This website and all of its content is owned by Lucy Celebrates, which solely reserves the right to authorize third party usage. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, posting, distributing, duplication, or any other misuse of the material is strictly prohibited. Any use of the material other than as permitted by Lucy Celebrates may constitute copyright, trademark, and/or patent infringement.

Privacy and Security

Lucy Celebrates takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is for the sole purpose of order processing and shipping. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with the latest, industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal information is protected, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
